Full Time: 35 hours per week
Fixed-term: 9 months (Proposed start date: July / early August 2026)
The Opportunity:
In this role, you will provide business analysis skills in business change projects aimed at enhancing how the University supports the student lifecycle. You will work with a user community to develop business process and system changes.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver business analysis for projects that improve student lifecycle processes and systems.
* Collaborate with software developers, business partners, and users to design and implement business process re‑design.
* Manage change effectively using Agile project practices.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
* Significant practical experience in business analysis or a student lifecycle business area.
* Experience with business process re‑design and implementation.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
* Experience in an Agile project environment (preferred).
* Enthusiasm for continuous improvement.
Additional Information:
* Fixed‑term contract for 9 months, full time (35 hours per week).
* Internal secondment possible with agreement from applicant’s current department.
* Hybrid working possible on a non‑contractual basis; minimum on‑campus attendance required each Wednesday.
