5. Resolve payment discrepancies and customer queries efficiently.
6. Maintain accurate records of credit control activities.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to manage credit limits and payment terms.
8. Provide regular updates on accounts receivable status to management.
9. Support the accounting team with additional administrative tasks when required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful French Credit Control professional should have:
10. Fluency in French, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively with clients.
11. Experience in credit control or accounts receivable within the accounting & finance sector.
12. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
13. Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial records and transactions.
14. Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
15. A proactive approach to problem-solving and meeting deadlines.
