Main duties of the job
Your focus as Care Assistant will be to deliver high standards of personal care, contribute to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents, assist with personal hygiene care, recognize and understand clinical risk areas, interact courteously with residents and visitors, and maintain safe systems of work.

Package Description:
Shift details: 1 x full-time 38.5 hours per week and 1 x part-time 22 hours per week (weekend only)
* Deliver high standards of personal care and support to residents in line with care plans.
* Assist residents with personal hygiene while promoting independence, dignity and respect.
* Recognise and escalate clinical risks (e.g., weight loss, pressure areas, falls, infections) in a timely manner.
* Act courteously towards residents and visitors, respecting dignity and individuality.
* Practice safe systems of work across tasks.
About the role

* Asisting residents with personal hygiene care to support independence and dignity.
* Recognising clinical risks and escalating concerns promptly.
* Maintaining respectful interactions with residents and visitors.
* Following safe working practices for all tasks.
About you
