What We’re Looking For: an NVQ Level 3 in Social Care (or equivalent) previous experience in a similar role a natural leader who inspires others to do their best kind, compassionate, and committed to high-quality care confident IT skills a full, clean UK driving licence, access to a vehicle, and Class 1 business insurance.
