Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks to support the engineering and fabrication team within theb factory. You will learn new skills and operate various pieces of machinery under the supervision of a supervisor and wider factory workforce.
Responsibilities
* Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
* Perform general maintenance and cleaning duties.
* Follow instructions from supervisors and assist skilled tradespeople as needed.
* Operate basic hand tools and machinery safely.
* Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
* Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
* Report any hazards or unsafe conditions to supervisors immediately.
Skills
* Strong physical fitness and stamina for manual labour tasks.
* Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently.
* Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Some experience working in a factory environment would be of benefit.
* Team player with a positive attitude towards work and colleagues.
