Our client is dedicated to producing high-performance carbide blades for demanding industries such as aviation and power generation.
Responsibilities
* Operate and maintain a range of machinery to ensure the production of high-quality carbide blades.
* Collaborate effectively with team members and leaders to meet and exceed organisational goals.
* Analyse operational problems, identify cause‑effect relationships, and implement effective solutions.
* Communicate clearly and effectively in both individual and group settings.
* Engage in all mandatory training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
* Uphold company policies, particularly in Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety standards.
* Maintain excellent housekeeping practices to keep the work environment safe and efficient.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a high-performance manufacturing environment.
* Experience with CNC setting is preferred but not essential.
* A team player with a commitment to safety and quality.
* Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
