Support Staff Grade 3 - £26,443 to £29,896 pro rata
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to work as a one-to-one Learning Support Assistant to support the learning needs of a Year 10 student with an Education and Health Care Plan. You will be part of an outstanding team of staff who currently support students with a wide range of learning difficulties and disabilities across the whole school.
The role will primarily consist of supporting the pupil in lesson, but will also involve some delivery of literacy, numeracy and life skills sessions on a 1:1 level.
This is a part-time 24 hours per week position, working during school term times only (plus 5 days in the school holidays). The salary is Grade 3 on the GDST national scale. The role is subject to renewal of council funding. It is therefore fixed-term until July 2026.
