This is a key management role, responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, strong tenancy management, regulatory compliance, and the effective leadership of a team of housing officers.

Candidate Profile
We are looking for a positive and enthusiastic individual to join our team who can make a real difference.
You will be an experienced housing professional with strong leadership skills and a sound understanding of housing management within a local authority or housing association environment.
You will be a strong people manager, able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, a customer‑focused approach, strong decision‑making and an ability to manage a complex workload while meeting tight deadlines.
