Hair and Beauty Tutor (Part-Time)

Contract Type: Part-Time (2 afternoons per week)
Salary: £25 – £30 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and interactive hair and beauty sessions to students, focusing on practical skills, theory, and industry knowledge.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment, catering to the diverse needs of students within the alternative provision setting.
Develop personalised learning plans and provide one-to-one support to students to ensure their academic and personal growth.
Inspire student’s interest in the hair and beauty industry, promoting creativity, professionalism, and entrepreneurship.
Requirements:
Relevant qualifications and experience in hair and beauty education, with a focus on teaching practical skills and theory.
Passion for education and a genuine desire to support students in achieving their goals and building successful careers.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling positive interactions with students, staff, and parents.
Adaptable and patient nature, with the ability to engage and motivate students who may face additional challenges in their education.
