We're seeking a Clinical Practice Development Lead to lead the learning in a beautiful nursing home for older people and people living with dementia. Reporting into and working closely with the Home Manager, you will sit on the leadership team designing and deliver innovative training that empowers nursing and care teams to deliver outstanding outcomes. You'll also play a key part in shaping group-wide policies and professional development frameworks, ensuring best practice is not only taught, but lived.
