Job Title: Part-Time Receptionist
Location: Ealing, London
Hours: Term-time, Part-Time 12:00pm – 4:00pm
Start: September 2025
Salary: £12,260 - £13,959 (dependent on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
Welcoming visitors and managing visitor sign-in procedures
Answering and directing phone calls and emails promptly and courteously
Managing the school’s main reception area, including handling enquiries
Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and distributing mail
Supporting safeguarding procedures and maintaining confidentiality at all times
Liaising with staff, parents, and external agencies as requiredPerson Specification:
Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic IT skills
Previous experience in an administrative or reception role is desirable but not essential
