We are a service company dealing with Intermediaries and are looking to appoint a confident Business Development Manager who will be responsible for generating new business by developing and maintaining relationships with Mortgage Brokers and Estate Agents in the West Midlands/Wales regions. You'll be promoting the services of our panel of conveyancing law firms, securing referrals from these key players.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage relationships with new and existing Mortgage Brokers & Estate Agents.
Sell conveyancing and related services from our law firm panel.
Follow our established sales process, including telesales calls.
Confidently present to company decision-makers during face-to-face meetings.
Showcase our user-friendly web-based portal to potential clients.
Achieve and exceed sales targets.
Maintain accurate records within our CRM system.
Submit weekly sales reports.
Identify opportunities to improve sales and enhance the client journey.
