3rd Line Support Engineer / Stratford-Upon-Avon

We’ve partnered with the UK’s leading provider of environmental compliance and data management services, who are seeking a skilled 3rd Line Support Engineer to join their dynamic team.
Provide expert-level support for up to 400 staff, acting as an escalation point for intricate IT issues alongside the support team.
Lead and contribute to high-level technical projects, including infrastructure maintenance and optimisation of their Microsoft stack (Azure, Active Directory, Windows Server, and beyond).
Drive cybersecurity initiatives, support ISO 27001 compliance, and enhance business continuity strategies.
Mentor junior team members and spearhead innovative improvements to IT processes and systems.
Manage escalated Service Desk tickets with precision, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
You bring 4+ years of IT support experience, with a strong background in 3rd line support and advanced troubleshooting.
Deep expertise with Microsoft technologies (Azure, Intune, M365, Teams) is essential.
Experience with SQL, Endpoint management, and ServiceNow is highly desirable.
Knowledge of networking and infrastructure is a significant advantage.
