Reporting Assistant (Temporary Contract)
Location: Milton Keynes (Hybrid Working)
Hours: 37 hours per week (flexible start and finish times)
Contract Length: Initial contract until end of March 2026
Pay Rate: £13.05 per hour
Brook Street is recruiting for a Reporting Assistant to join a busy team on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail and an interest in safety, health, and environmental reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Obtain and collate reports on accidents and incidents relating to safety, health, and environmental performance
Liaise with Train Operating Companies to request and gather accident and incident reports as required
Accurately input details of accidents and incidents, including events at Managed Stations, into the relevant event recording system
Sign off completed records within the system in line with procedures
Maintain and update the safety management information system as required
