With a highly engaged global community, the CRM & Email Marketing Manager will take ownership of their sophisticated email lifecycle – spanning everything from onboarding and engagement, through to product launches and post-purchase nurture.

The Role:
* Lead the development and execution of CRM and email marketing campaigns across global product releases
* Build automated and manual campaign journeys to drive engagement and customer conversion
* Design and implement structured audience segmentation for each launch
* Own the A/B testing roadmap to continually refine content and audience strategy
* Use behavioural and transactional data to drive insight and decision making
* Collaborate cross-functionally with design, content, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and execution
* Create and maintain dashboards and performance tracking in collaboration with data teams
You:
* Strong knowledge of CRM tools (e.g. Hubspot, Klaviyo or similar)
* Proven experience owning end-to-end email marketing strategy in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
* A sharp analytical mindset with a creative eye – you enjoy testing, measuring, and optimising
* Confident with data segmentation, customer journeys, and performance analytics
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* A track record of success in a CRM/email marketing role within a start up or fast-scaling company
* A passion for building engaging digital experiences that connect with customers
