Pricing Manager (Analytics)
London, Leicester or Bexhill | £60,000 to £75,000 plus bonus and benefits
This role sits at the intersection of pricing strategy and implementation, giving you real ownership over portfolio performance and risk selection. You will play a key role in shaping which customer segments the business targets, protects or moves away from, using data driven insight to influence pricing direction.

The Role
* Own portfolio risk and performance across defined pricing segments, using loss ratio and profitability analysis.
* Act as a gatekeeper for pricing segments, recommending when cohorts should be adjusted, constrained or redesigned.
* Translate analytical insight into clear pricing and portfolio recommendations.
* Lead cross functional projects across pricing, data science and underwriting.
* Ensure strong governance and fair customer outcomes.
Your Skills and Experience
* Strong commercial experience in pricing, underwriting analytics or portfolio management.
* Proven ability to assess portfolio performance and risk at a segment level.
* Confident influencing pricing and risk decisions through data.
* Hands on experience with Python or SQL.
