Residential Conveyancer (2+ PQE) - Gloucester

Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £45,000 - £65,000, depending on experience
A respected and long established law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer (2+ PQE) to join its growing property team in Gloucester. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive conveyancer who can manage a varied caseload while delivering a smooth, client focused service from instruction through to completion.

The Role
You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload, including:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Remortgages
* Transfers of equity
* Post completion work
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other professionals
* Ensuring transactions progress efficiently and clients receive an excellent service
* Working closely with colleagues to maintain a supportive, high performing team environment
* Contributing to local networking and business development to support departmental growth
Candidate Requirements
* 2+ years PQE managing a residential property caseload independently
* Strong technical knowledge across a range of conveyancing matters
* Excellent organisation and the ability to prioritise effectively
* Confidence working in a modern, paperless, technology driven environment
* Strong communication skills and a commitment to exceptional client service
* A proactive, team focused approach with the ability to work independently when needed
