We have an exciting opportunity for a Work Package Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Construction Manager, this role involves responsibility for operations within the scope of package works, including:
* Ensuring quality, adherence to time schedules, and safety & security rules on site, respecting local work instructions.
* Collaborating with other site departments (QC, Process and Planning, Staff Planning, Logistics, H&S), Head Office Engineering and Project departments, site QA, H&S, and client safety authorities.
* Coordinating work carried out by teams and supervising subcontracted works.
* Providing interfaces with engineering and suppliers to resolve technical problems during assembly.
* Balancing time schedules with equipment availability.
* Taking steps to meet time schedules and quality performance levels.
* Planning staffing needs and adjustments based on project requirements.
* Collaborating with the Logistics Department to ensure availability of equipment and consumables.
* Providing weekly updates to the Construction Manager on activities.
* Reporting technical, equipment, or physical risks.
* Ensuring team compliance with administrative, hygiene, and security regulations.
* Monitoring team working hours.
* Collecting feedback to improve assembly operations.
