Join a leading independent technology and services provider as a Technician 2.Job Overview:We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Hub Technician to manage ticket queues, stock, and hardware repairs while ensuringpliance with service-level agreements. This role is critical in maintaining smooth operations across our Hub and surrounding spokespeople.
1. Location: Helston
2. Working Hours: 09:00am to 5:00pm
3. Contract Duration:1-Dec-25 till 30-June-26
4. Daily Rate: A per hour rate, in-scope IR35, of £ PAYE) OR £ (umbrellapany)
Key Responsibilities:
5. Ticket Management: Handle and update tickets assigned to the Hub and surrounding spokes, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to service levels.
6. Stock & Asset Management: Manage Hub stock, including scanning items in/out of locations and maintaining accurate asset records.
7. Disposal Management: Oversee and process disposals through the Hub in line with contractual obligations.
8. Hardware Repairs: Triage and perform repairs on in-warranty equipment; coordinate with vendors for parts and returns.
9. Locker Replenishment: Ensure lockers are replenished as required.
10. Service Improvement: Identify potential service issues and suggest improvements to the Team Leader.
Key Requirements:
11. Experience in IT support or hardware maintenance.
12. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
13. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
14. Familiarity with asset management and ticketing systems.
15. Excellentmunication and collaboration skills.
