1. Maintain discipline and standards, whilst nurturing the social and moral development of OCdts. 2. Assist the OC in the supervision of the successful execution of the Commanding Officer’s Training Directive, monitoring the quality of activity training and maintaining high standards throughout. 3. Assist, and where necessary, deputise for the OC, providing the detailed co-ordination of imaginative and challenging training programmes. This may include the booking of ranges and training areas, land clearances and bids for other training resources. 4. Subsidiary tasks may include, Military Transport Officer (MTO) and assisting the Safety Health and Environment (SHE), Unit Security and Welfare Officers’. 5. All other duties particular to the unit as directed by the Commanding Officer.
