Senior Master Technician and MOT Tester
1. Location: Worcester
2. Salary: Up to £40,000 basic (DOE) + Overtime & Bonus
3. Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm, plus 1-in-3 Saturdays.
A leading Main Dealership in Worcester is looking for an experienced Senior Master Technician to join their busy workshop team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled technician to work on a range of modern vehicles while enjoying excellent pay, bonuses, and career progression.
We are looking for someone who is fully qualified to Senior/Master Technician level, with strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. All senior-level qualified Technicians are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities as a Master Technician:
4. Perform complex diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles.
5. Lead technical projects within the workshop and support junior technicians
6. Deliver high-quality workmanship to main dealer standards
7. Advise service advisors and customers on technical issues and solutions
8. Maximise upsell opportunities on repairs and parts
9. Ensure all work is completed in line with manufacturer specifications and safety regulations
10. Maintain accurate records of all repairs and work performed
Requirements of the Master Technician:
11. Qualified Vehicle Technician NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent)
12. Current MOT Licence
13. Strong diagnostic skills and experience with modern vehicles
14. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
15. Professional and customer-focused attitude
16. Full UK driving licence
