Responsibilities
* Cultivate and manage strong client relationships by understanding business needs, resolving issues proactively, and ensuring consistent, value‑driven communication.
* Drive growth opportunities through strategic upselling and cross‑selling of products and services aligned with client goals.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in the defence sector.
* Previous consulting sales experience essential and engineering‑focused organisation experience desired.
* Experience in a service‑sector driven organisation.
* Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar client‑facing role.
