Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Edtech Sales Representative based in Greater London, with the flexibility to work from home periodically. The role involves identifying and engaging potential clients, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, closing sales, and managing the sales pipeline. The Sales Representative will also provide training and support to educators and families, promoting the adoption of the app, addressing inquiries, and driving customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and deliver exceptional support
* Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to identify opportunities, drive revenue, and manage the sales cycle
* Experience in Training to onboard schools and families effectively
* Resilience and problem-solving skills to address challenges and provide creative solutions
* Experience in the education, technology, or Edtech sector is a strong advantage
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
