We are seeking a hands-on, commercially-minded Chief Data & Technology Officer (CDTO) to join our executive leadership team and drive business growth through world-class technology and data solutions.
This is a senior level role is ideal for someone who thinks as commercially as they code - and knows technology only matters if it delivers real business value.
You'll own and execute a tech roadmap that underpins our growth, profitability, and an exceptional customer experience across boutiques and digital channels. From modernising CRM and stock inventory systems, leading enterprise-wide implementations, strengthening cybersecurity, to building powerful data and analytics capabilities - this is a true transformation leadership role.
Please note: The role will be 5 days office based and may require travel to locations in London Area and the West Midlands
