The client is a large, corporate and well known brand name based in West London.
Job Description
The key responsibilities will include but not be limited to-
* Extensive diary management
* Be representative of their leader internally and externally
* Attend meetings and take minutes/ key notes
* Full inbox management of their leader and ability to commercially prioritise their tasks as they come through
* Proactively preparing their leaders schedule and ensuring they have everything they need throughout the course of the day
* Manage all travel and booking arrangements, providing schedule and logistics information including agenda's and documents
* Provide meetings agendas/ schedules and materials needed
* Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
* Act as event planner and work in a project based manner, taking accountability for all logistics, resource management, execution and communication
* Work collaboratively with other EA's and PA's throughout the business
* Drive and plan wider departmental business meetings and plan logistics surrounding this
* General office Admin support, such as Expenses, Po's, Invoice management, create PowerPoint presentations

* Strong problem solving skills
* Strong IT skills- MS office, Outlook and Excel
* Experience in a similar role before- including complex diary management
