Responsibilities
* Manage the end‑to‑end bid process, ensuring timely, high‑quality, and customer‑aligned submissions.
* Collaborate with sales, solutions, service architecture, and more to craft compelling, innovative proposals.
* Influence and inspire colleagues at all levels, both internally and externally.
* Analyse and optimise every bid, ensuring Littlefish stands out from the competition.
* Play a key role in shaping the future of our business and making a real impact.
Qualifications
* Demonstrable experience in bid management, ideally within IT services for medium to large corporate or public sector clients.
* A proven track record of delivering winning, multi‑million‑pound managed services proposals.
* Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – with the confidence to engage at executive level.
* Strong commercial awareness and the ability to manage complex, multi‑workstream opportunities.
* Experience assembling and motivating virtual teams to deliver high‑quality, innovative proposals.
* A keen understanding of the competitive landscape and a desire to keep learning and growing.
