As Warehouse Operations & Delivery for our Hastings branch, you will be responsible for supporting warehouse operations. This role will also provide backup delivery support for our customers throughout the Hawke’s Bay region as required. Your responsibilities will include receiving goods – checking and receipting, and picking, packing, and dispatching goods to customers. This role may require travel outside the Hawke’s Bay region 1-2 times per month, staying overnight when appropriate as backup to our main driver.

In this role, you will:

* Ensure all stock is accounted for, stacked, and rotated in accordance with set specifications and Health & Safety guidelines.
* Assist in updating stock and inventory management systems regularly to ensure accuracy of stock levels.
* Ensure a safe working environment is maintained at all times, and address health and safety risks, near misses, and incidents quickly and appropriately.
* Provide exceptional customer service and proudly represent the TotalEnergies brand.

What You Bring to the Table

Our ideal candidate will be experienced in warehousing, customer service, stock management, and/or goods delivery.

In addition to the above, we are looking for a candidate with:

* A clean and full Class 1 driver’s licence, with a Forklift and Class 2 endorsement (required).
* The ability to work well autonomously and as part of a team.
* A good level of fitness – you will need to be able to lift 20-litre containers up to 25kg.
* A solid understanding of Health & Safety requirements in a warehousing environment and an understanding of safe manual handling practices.
* A forward-thinking mindset that embraces continuous improvement and innovation.
