Nursery Manager – Leamington Spa

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to lead our friendly, well-established nursery in Leamington Spa. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident leader who is committed to delivering outstanding early years education and care.
The Role:
* Lead and manage the day-to-day running of the nursery
* Ensure full compliance with EYFS and Ofsted requirements
* Inspire, support and develop a strong staff team
* Maintain high standards of care, learning and safeguarding
* Build positive relationships with parents, carers and external professionals
* Manage occupancy, staffing, and nursery budgets effectively
Requirements:
* Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years (Level 5/6 desirable)
* Previous experience as a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager
* Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding and Ofsted frameworks
* Confident leadership and excellent communication skills
* Paediatric First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
