Hours: 18.5 hours per week

We value our support staff and seek to provide a professional, customer-focused administration service within the Inclusive Learning Services department.
Responsibilities
* Provide an efficient administration service for the Inclusive Learning Services department.
* Prepare statistical information and manage a database (Pro-Solution).
* Maintain up-to-date records of student support and costings.
* Coordinate administration for annual review meetings, including contacting relevant parties and sharing documentation.
* Deal with telephone and in-person enquiries regarding support and take accurate messages as necessary.
* Take minutes of meetings and follow up on action points.
* Use initiative and maintain high standards of customer service and professional communication; direct student enquiries to the appropriate person.
* Utilise IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Forms; possess relevant administration experience and at least 5 GCSEs (grades A*-C/9-4) including English and Maths or equivalent.
* Familiarity with coordination of Additional Learning Support, EHCPs and exam access arrangements processes (pre-entry applications, assessments and support plans) would be advantageous.
Qualifications
* Excellent IT skills with Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Forms).
* Relevant administration experience.
* 5 GCSEs (A*-C/9-4) including English Language and Maths or equivalent.
* Familiarity with Additional Learning Support coordination and EHCPs is an advantage.
