This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist based in Hampton, with the flexibility to work from office/site. The Sales Specialist will focus on cultivating and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions. Daily responsibilities include engaging with prospective customers, presenting and demonstrating products/services, meeting sales targets, and providing follow-ups to address client needs. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with team members and participating in ongoing training initiatives to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

* Experience in Sales and Sales Management to meet targets and drive growth
* Ability to conduct Training to guide new team members or clients on products and sales strategies
* Problem‑solving aptitude and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
* Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales‑related technology
* Previous experience in a sales or customer‑facing role is preferred
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
