Most new couriers find their rhythm in around 14 days, delivering 25 - 30 parcels per hour. Your Pay Explained: 1518 OTE is based on a competitive and realistic rate per parcel (piece-rate) and is regularly exceeded by couriers once up to speed. Your hourly earnings are driven by volume and efficiency, and we offer a 100 learning payment to support you as you get to grips with the role.
On target earnings of 15 - 18 per hour
