The role
Administrator— Temp to Perm — Up to £25,000
Guisborough, Immediate start.
A small, well-established engineering services office in Guisborough is looking for an experienced Administrator to join on a temp-to-perm basis.
You'll be the main office presence in a small site team, with most engineers out on the road — so you'll need to be comfortable working independently, with remote support available when needed.
You'll be responsible for:
General office admin — calls, emails, correspondence, filing, reports
Scheduling and coordinating office activities
Inventory: booking in deliveries, monitoring stock, stock counts, liaising with suppliers
Data entry and database maintenance
What we're looking for:
Solid admin experience, ideally with some stock/inventory exposure
Self-starter, happy working independently in a small office
Strong attention to detail and organisation
Good MS Office skills
Package:
Up to £25,000
Temp to perm
9am–5pm, core hours 9.30–4 with some flexibility
