Job Summary: An exciting opportunity has arisen for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Renal team as Band 3 senior clinical support workers at Pontefract satellite haemodialysis unit (based at Pontefract General Infirmary) - providing out-patient dialysis to 72 patients, 6 days/week. Pontefract is an Adult Haemodialysis Unit, providing maintenance haemodialysis for patients with chronic renal failure. We are looking for enthusiastic and flexible candidates who are committed to providing high quality care. The posts offer the opportunity to develop existing or new specialist skills. We offer an individualized in-service induction package supported by our Renal Clinical Educators.
Main duties
Job responsibilities include assisting in the delivery of direct and indirect compassionate care for patients, supporting the multidisciplinary team, and contributing to the implementation and evaluation of care within defined competency boundaries. The post holder will plan, implement, deliver and maintain high standards of patient care and comply with Trust policies, guidelines and standards. They may be required to wear PPE as appropriate to the clinical situation. This role is based at Pontefract Satellite Unit, Pontefract, West Yorkshire.

What You Will Bring To The Role
