About the Role
Working within our Candidate team, youll focus purely on fulfilling roles for our existing client base, no cold business development required. Youll be sourcing candidates for a range of engineering businesses, often working at pace to find the right match.
This is a phone-heavy role, where your communication skills, people-first approach, and ability to think on your feet will be key to your success.
What Youll Be Doing
1. Proactively sourcing and screening candidates for live vacancies
2. Building strong, long-term relationships with candidates
3. Working closely with our Account Managers and clients to understand hiring needs
4. Managing the candidate journey from first call through to placement
5. Using our CRM and job boards effectively to build talent pipelines
