Housing Solicitor
Location: Camden, London
Salary: Competitive
Permenant Contract
The Role:
* Advising and representing clients in possession proceedings
* Homelessness applications, reviews, and appeals
* Matters relating to disrepair, unlawful eviction, and harassment
* Judicial review and public law challenges (where applicable)
* Advocacy in the County Court
* Liaising with local authorities, housing associations, and support agencies
You will be supported by a close-knit and experienced team within an open-plan office environment.
Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)
* 2 years’ PQE or above
* Strong experience in housing law
* Good knowledge of current legislation, policy, and legal aid
* Ability to manage a caseload independently
* Excellent client-care and communication skills
