We're excited to be recruiting a dedicated and passionate Support Worker to join our growing team at Pickworths Residential Living, for our Sutton on Sea service, Skirbeck Lodge. Our services provide support to people with a learning disability, enabling them to live in a community setting rather than a mental health hospital.

As a Support Worker you will be supporting the people who live at Pickworths through a 24-hour period. We welcome candidates to apply, whether they are looking for full time or part time hours.
You will be working alongside colleagues, you will be expected to develop a comprehensive understanding of the people that we are supporting. Your relationships will be the key to your success, developed by a desire to understand individual needs. You will be expected to understand and follow risk, care, and support plans to ensure consistent and proactive support is provided.

About you
* Health and Social Care Level 2 (or equivalent) or willingness to work towards qualification
* Honest, Reliable and Trustworthy
* Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with those that you come in contact with during your working day
* Good communication skills
* Right to work in the UK
* Successful candidates will be required to complete an enhanced DBS check
