Here\'s what you need to know before applying:Driving Licence and Vehicle is desirableYour key responsibilities will include:Promoting a safety culture and ensure the cleaning team are aware of and operate in accordance with company and client Health & Safety proceduresTo manage the cleaning labour, equipment & resources budgetTo ensure the cleaning operation continually improvesTo ensure the Cleaning team are engaged and managed effectivelyTo ensure the delivery and quality of the cleaning operation is in accordance with the client service level agreement and company proceduresTo manage any third-party suppliers or contractors as required ensuring they meet or exceed the agreed service level agreementsOur ideal Facilities Manager will:12 Months experience managing a cleaning operationProven ability to develop business through sound negotiation, change management, strategic decision making and 'out of the box' thinking.Proven ability to deliver quality customer service and ensure issues are effectively resolved in a timely mannerExcellent financial management skills, particularly the preparation and monitoring of detailed budgets and cash flow projections.Analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to work to time sensitive deadlinesPart of Compass Group UK&I, ESS is the Defence, Government, and Energy services sector of Compass Group UK & Ireland.
