Working Hours: 8am–4pm Monday to Friday (fixed term until end of September, Location: Jewson, 3 Irvine Road, Largs KA30 8JR Key Responsibilities This is a busy and varied role working with a great team. You'll cover customer service trade counter duties, processing orders and arranging deliveries. You'll interact with customers and suppliers on a daily basis and ensure that the best service is always demonstrated to them. Get to know our product lines so you can offer advice and help to customers, making the most of all customer interactions Process customer orders at the trade counter and sales office, arrange deliveries and update customers on their orders Help to prepare customer orders in our warehouse in a timely manner Load and unload customer and supplier vehicles when required Check incoming deliveries and report missing or damaged products and carry out regular stock counts Occasionally act as a relief delivery driver - safely unload at customer specified sites using our 3.5t van Keep the branch looking clean and tidy, to make a great first impression on our customers Make Health & Safety a priority and demonstrate how you can keep yourself and your team safe at work Wh at’s in it for you?
