* Leading, managing, and supporting a team of social workers and support staff
* Ensuring effective supervision, appraisal, and professional development
* Overseeing assessment, planning, and delivery of social care services
* Leading safeguarding procedures and ensuring legislative compliance
* Developing partnerships with other agencies and stakeholders
Qualifications & Experience:
* Degree in Social Work or equivalent
* Registered with Social Work England
* Significant experience in adult social care
* Proven leadership and management experience
* Experience in safeguarding adults and multi-agency collaboration
