Hybrid Electrical Solutions are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our ambitious and expanding team.
We maintain 13 road tunnels across London and the South Coast under long-term contracts, managing the mechanical and electrical (M&E) assets within tunnel infrastructure. Our work covers planned maintenance, reactive repairs, call-out services, and delivering a variety of project works.
As Project Manager, you will take ownership of projects from planning through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be the key link between our clients, internal management, and site teams, ensuring clear communication, efficient workflows, and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage multiple M&E projects across tunnel infrastructure.
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as their primary point of contact
during projects.
* Coordinate and oversee engineering teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
* Monitor budgets, timelines, and project progress, producing regular reports for
stakeholders.
* Drive continuous improvement in processes and service delivery.
* Support tender submissions, costings, and resource planning.
* Attend meetings with customers to run through project works
* Conducting site surveys.
* Attending site during projects to complete audits on work.
* Liaising with the maintenance/ reactive works team in weekly Labour meeting
* Creating RAMS and works packs for projects.
* Obtaining prices from suppliers.

About You
* Proven experience managing M&E or infrastructure projects, ideally within the transport or
tunnelling sector.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coordinate multi disciplinary
teams.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
* Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Experience & Qualifications
* Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a project management or senior coordination role.
* project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, APM PMO, or equivalent) - desirable but not essential.
* HNC/HND or degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering (or related discipline) - desirable.
* Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations and experience implementing safe systems of work.
* Competent in budget control, resource allocation, and scheduling.
* Skilled in using MS Office and project management software
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to various sites across London and the South East..
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to work under pressure.
