We are actively seeking a Receptionist to join our team in Banbridge! | KEY RESPONSIBILITIES | Reception & Front Desk Meeting and greeting visitors to Reception in a warm and welcoming manner, in keeping with the company position of a positive attitude and professional appearance. Maintain cleanliness and organisation in reception and meeting rooms Answer/divert calls and relay messages accurately. Ensure cover for reception when needed. Keep reception TVs updated with relevant content. Communication & Coordination Franking, recording, distributing company post. Liaising with HR dept ensuring all new starts are familiar with meeting room booking system. Organise tea, coffee etc for meetings or training. Liaise with Cleaning and IT teams to maintain clean rooms and properly set up equipment. Maintain and update Master Site location document. Supplies & Facilities Order and manage stationery and supplies for Head Office & London, coordinating with dept leads. Keep canteen stocked (milk, tea, coffee, sugar) and review cost efficiency. Order and manage fruit deliveries. Additional Duties Distribute and order branded clothing and prepare new starter welcome packs. Add new starters to clocking machine; issue guides (vending machines, Gym, etc.). Manage access cards/ID badges. Update staff noticeboards with news/events. Additional administration support to various departments within the business | QUALIFICATIONS | Desirable: 5 GCSE's (Grades A-C.
