CCL has secured significant funding to build out a technology-driven operational platform to deliver efficient and cost-effective solutions for its customers.
Role Summary:
We are seeking a HubSpot & Business Analytics Specialist with strong technical capabilities to optimize our CRM and automation processes, analyse business performance, and coordinate data flows across teams. You will play a central role in refining HubSpot configurations to match evolving business needs, supporting performance reporting, and overseeing cross-functional projects that integrate HubSpot via APIs.
Key Responsibilities:
* HubSpot Configuration & Automations: Customise and fine-tune workflows, lead-nurturing sequences, and sales pipelines in HubSpot. Ensure that automations align with departmental objectives and business strategies.
* Business Analytics & Reporting: Collaborate with various teams to identify crucial metrics, develop dashboards, and interpret data trends. Provide actionable insights on performance shifts and resource requirements.
* Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design, implement, and optimize HubSpot workflows that enhance lead management, automate processes, and drive conversions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maximizing the efficiency of the sales pipeline.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the internal development team to design and manage API integrations between HubSpot and other business tools.
* Process Optimization: Proactively troubleshoot and resolve system or workflow issues. Propose and implement improvements for greater efficiency and scalability.
* User Support and Training: Provide ongoing support and training specifically for daily HubSpot users. Focus on practical, hands-on training in workflows, automations, and best practices to ensure they use HubSpot effectively in their day-to-day operations.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Engage and manage stakeholders.
Qualifications:
* Proven HubSpot Experience: 3+ years implementing and managing HubSpot portals (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, integrations). Hands-on expertise designing lifecycle stages, pipelines, and workflows.
* Analytics & Reporting Skills: Comfortable creating dashboards, attribution models, and interpreting performance data.
* Programming Knowledge: Experience with Python and/or R for data processing, workflow automation, and interacting with APIs. Ability to write clean, maintainable scripts to support operational and analytical tasks.
(Experience with AI-based solutions is a plus)
* Soft Skills: Strong generalist who can coordinate across technical and business teams. Excellent communication in English.
