Professional, presentable, and confident : this role involves significant front of house visibility. Well mannered and collaborative, able to slot into a close knit and supportive team. Passionate about producing fresh, vibrant, relaxed yet elegant dishes. Focused on flavour, consistency, and quality. Key Responsibilities Deliver high quality dishes with a strong emphasis on fresh ingredients and bold flavours. Support menu development and contribute creative ideas. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety. Train, mentor, and motivate junior team members. Work collaboratively with both back and front of house teams.
