Key Relationships
Daily contact with the Warehouse Operations Manager and Supervisor
Daily contact with Workshop, Sales, and Customer Services.
Role Ownership:
* Using our CRM system, manage queries/communication from our Customer Service team and track/organise key large orders.
* Using our ERP / WMS systems, support the supply of documentation to the warehouse team and tracking of orders to ensure they are being processed based on delivery windows and collections.
* Act as the key communication point for internal teams, carriers, and customers.
* Organise and prioritise orders based on due dates and delivery windows.
* Liaise with carriers/customers/Vendors for delivery slots and raise purchase orders when needed.
* Track large orders and escalate concerns to management.
* Support Warehouse Supervisor during absence or peak workload.
Main Tasks:
* Process customer service issues and warehouse enquiries daily.
* Manage CRM queries and track large key account orders.
* Use CRM & WMS to supply documentation and track orders against delivery windows
* Liaise with carriers/customers to arrange delivery slots to satisfy required delivery dates.
* Monitor Weight and Dimensions requirements for Export orders.
* Manage booking of customer returns in CRM within KPI times and process in ERP system.
* Monitor and escalate order/shipment concerns.
* Support investigations into shipping delays/errors (administrative side).
* Support Amazon Team daily by generating ASNs and product labels.
* Carry out additional administrative tasks as requested.
* Adopt the companies Health and Safety principles and policies to maintain a safe working environment; and areas of concern or near misses are to be reported to the Warehouse Operations Manager.

* The successful candidate may be required to travel occasionally
