Based at our Head Office in Whyteleafe, just 15 minutes outside of Croydon and easily commutable from London.
We work in a competitive hybrid working model, with 2 core days at head office and 3 days working from home, plus flexi core hours.

Are you passionate about social media? Bursting with creative ideas? and ready to make an impact in a fast-paced, empowering brand environment? We’re looking for a Social Media Assistant to join our dynamic team and help drive the online presence of Ann Summers and Knickerbox.
About the role
As our Social Media Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our digital storytelling. Working closely with external agencies and internal teams, you’ll support the day‑to‑day management of our social channels, help plan and publish content, and engage with our vibrant community. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands‑on experience, contribute to exciting campaigns, and grow your career in a bold, creative brand.
What you’ll be doing…
* Collaborate with our social media agency and wider teams.
* Support with key administrative tasks to keep the function running smoothly.
* Ensure brand tone of voice and positioning is upheld across all content.
* Assist with scheduling and publishing content.
* Attend shoots and support content creation.
* Monitor trends and help create reactive content.
* Manage community interactions and social listening.
* Support reporting and performance tracking.
You’ll be great if you…
* A proven interest in building a career within marketing and fashion retail.
* A passion for social media, with a creative eye and interest in trends.
* Naturally organised with a high level of attention to detail.
* An excellent communicator who enjoys working across teams and agencies.
* Strong copywriting skills, with an understanding of our brands tone of voice.
* Experience with content creation and key tools (e.g. Canva, Photoshop).
* An affinity for our brand and its people values.
