Design Manager – Audio Systems
Crawley Area (Hybrid)
£60,000 – £80,000 + Bonus + Private Healthcare
I’m partnering with a world-leading audio technology brand that’s redefining what great sound means. They’re looking for a Design Manager to lead a talented, multidisciplinary team working on cutting‑edge acoustic and transducer technologies.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead and inspire a cross‑functional engineering team (mechanical, electrical, acoustic).
* Oversee development of next‑transducer and audio systems.
* Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Manufacturing to turn ideas into reality.
* Drive team performance, growth, and technical excellence.
What You’ll Bring
* Proven experience managing engineering teams in audio, acoustics, or related sectors (e.g. automotive speakers).
* Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
* Mechanical or electrical engineering background (transducer knowledge a plus).
* Confident communicator who can simplify complex ideas.
