Shift / Hours: Mon- Fri 8AM-5PM

The Role
As a German Speaking Customer Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for dealing with all customer queries. You'll work as part of a skilled team, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily customer service operations across English- and German-speaking regions.
Respond promptly to customer and wholesale account queries.
Supervise and support the customer service and fulfilment team.
Handle complaints and ensure issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.
Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage reorders.About You:
Strong leadership and a proactive work ethic.
Fluent or near-native English; German language skills are a strong advantage.
Proven experience in customer service, account management, or sales support.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
