This role is required to provide support to the Assistant Recruitment Manager by ensuring the effective running of recruitment processes within a designated area of the Recruitment Team. As part of this role you will be required to;
1. Produce high quality effective recruitment and appointment documentation
2. Support the Assistant Recruitment Manager by carrying out quality checks on relevant documentation produced by the Recruitment Team
3. Identify and address training needs and contribute to devising training sessions for the Team
4. Produce regular reports on an agreed schedule to identify data gaps and arrange for data to be verified and completed accurately
5. Co-ordinate the workload of your team ensuring that good quality work is produced within agreed timescales, ensuring KPIs are met
6. Conduct regular - meetings and PADRs with team members and act as a first point of contact to provide guidance and support
Main duties of the job
An exciting opportunity as a Team Coordinator has arisen within the Recruitment Service.
If you are enthusiastic and committed to making service improvements and are customer service focused this role is for you! You will have the values and attributes required to excel in a supervisory role within the NHS Wales Recruitment Team.
You will be eager to learn and keen to deliver in both performance and customer service.
You will also work closely with other Team Co-ordinators in developing a motivated and engaged team on a day to day basis whilst maintaining high levels of morale and performance.
Excellent computer, keyboard and communication skills are essential to the role.

The role may initially be partly home based. You will be provided with the support and equipment you will need to be able to work from home, but an internet/WiFi connection is essential.
