Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 40 hours, 5 days out of 7 on a rota – weekend working will be required.
Responsibilities
* Deliver fantastic customer service over the phone and face‑to‑face
* Manage administration tasks and resolve customer queries efficiently
* Use the CRM system to track and resolve customer cases
* Understand each customer’s needs and ensure a smooth handover to the right team member
* Liaise with internal teams to resolve enquiries and complaints
* Work as part of a team to meet monthly customer‑service (NPS) targets
Qualifications
* Full UK driving licence
* Experience delivering excellent customer service (any industry)
* Strong communication, organisational and teamwork skills
* Confidence using systems and managing administration tasks
* Enthusiastic, proactive and customer‑focused attitude
