The Role:
As a Field Care Supervisor, you'll act as a vital link between our care team, clients, and office staff. Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct regular care spot checks, assessments, and reviews in clients' homes
* Support with care planning and risk assessments
* Mentor and support new care staff during shadowing and induction
* Monitor care delivery and address any concerns with professionalism and empathy
* Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and care workers
* Ensure quality standards and compliance with CQC regulations
* Participate in the on-call rota as needed
What We're Looking For:
* A minimum of 1–2 years' experience in domiciliary care or a similar care setting
* Previous supervisory or senior care role experience (essential)
* NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or working towards)
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* A valid UK driving licence and access to a car
* A caring, respectful, and reliable nature – someone who leads by example
What We Offer:
* A supportive, close-knit team in a company that genuinely values your role
* Ongoing training and career development opportunities
* Competitive pay and mileage allowance
* Work-life balance and understanding from a family business that knows the challenges
* The chance to make a real impact every single day
